Slowly stir until eggs start to solidify. Turn off heat, ready to serve!

TIP:

Tip.1

Use high heat to for the initial stir-fry of the beef. Turn heat to low when adding eggs.

Tip.2

Add corn starch water (corn starch (1t) + water (2T)) for soft and smooth scramble eggs.

Tip.3

Break egg, individually, in a separate container and then transfer to the mixing bowl when handling more than 2 eggs. Two purpose:

  1. Minimize the chance of 1 bad egg ruin the whole batch of eggs.
