Ingredient to prep:
Hold a knife with edge towards outside, tilted down (towards cutting board)
Place a garlic clove under the blade but near the spine (away from the knife edge). Press down to crush the garlic gloves.
Remove the garlic skin by grabbing from the tip of the garlic. Crush the garlic clove again if skin is hard to remove. The skin should be easily removed and garlic should almost break into pieces along the long axis (from bottom to tip)
Use a knife, chop perpendicular to the long axis of the garlic (no need to chop in the other direction).
